By engaging Popcorn Learning (trading as Logical Creativity Pty Ltd) and participating in our learning events you agree to accept the following Terms and Conditions:

Conditions

A place on the event is reserved upon completion of the online registration form.

A place on the event is confirmed when the course fee is paid in full. Course fees are due in full 7 days prior to the scheduled date.

We may re-schedule an event if we don’t reach minimum numbers or there are unforeseen circumstances. In case this happens, you can either obtain a full refund of all paid course fees or select a future scheduled date to attend the learning event.

We reserve the right to refuse participants if we don’t think they would receive value from the event.

Cancellation Policy

If a learning event is cancelled by us, all attendees will be notified via email and a full refund issued using the same method used to pay for the course.

Cancellations by you can be made up until 7 days before the scheduled event date without incurring a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made between 2 and 7 days before the scheduled event date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the full course fee.

Cancellations made less than 2 days before the scheduled event date are not subject to refunds.

Transfers to a different event/date/location are possible up to 2 days before the scheduled event date without incurring an administration fee. Any difference in price will be calculated and either refunded or invoiced.

Substitutions will be accepted any time prior to the commencement of the event. Refunds or credits will not be issued for no-shows.
