Coaching
Coaching is one of the most impactful advancement tools available today for staff, management, executives and business owners alike. Logical Creativity offers both one-on-one and group coaching services.
Facilitation
Facilitation is used with larger groups of people and is more focused around the process than the specific outcomes. It is with this non-attached view that the facilitator can guide participation and therefore ultimate resolution of the issue or challenge at hand. Using facilitation, conflict can be resolved, decisions made and alignment reached.
Business Growth
Business Growth is the term we use to describe the programmes, workshops, action plans, tools and advice we provide that help clients clarify and identify their vision and goals for the company and then work towards creating step-by-step strategies to achieve that vision.
