Morag started her career in retail management which created a strong passion for people, staff motivation and team work. This passion sparked a successful transition into recruitment and HR working for the last 14 years in the UK, Europe and Australia for mainly corporate organisations such as United Group Ltd, Colorado Group, HSBC, NAB, Kelly Services plus NSW State Government and SOCAG, where Morag was part of the team that recruited and trained the staff to run the Olympic Village so well.
Throughout Morag’s professional career she found that she had a considerable talent for counselling, coaching, mentoring and bringing people together within organisations to reach both corporate and personal goals. Coupled with complementary skills in project rollout and management, marketing program design, development and implementation, systems and process deployment, change management and organisational re-design Morag has been highly effective across all areas of HR and the whole employee lifecycle.
Morag’s interest in mentoring and looking for ways to help and empower others has resulted in her being a key member of the management team of Life Changing Experiences Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation where Morag has volunteered for the last 4 years, assisting in the running of a successful mentoring program for disadvantaged teenage girls in Sydney and Melbourne.

Morag has an educational background in business studies and human resources, is a certified Myers-Briggs and Saville and Holdsworth consultant and is currently furthering her education in organisational psychology and NLP.
