Niki's first career was in marketing and sales which combined with her knowledge of the change process, learning, personal growth and coaching provides great insight and support for clients starting and running their own businesses.

Niki’s approach to marketing and sales helps her clients remove their fears, while refocusing and building on their natural strengths and abilities.

Niki is an Accredited SEED Coach and brings a unique blend of passion, compassion and humour to each coaching session. She has been actively involved in the small business and coaching communities in the UK since age 16 and has been coaching since 1998.

Niki has a freshness and lightness in her coaching approach - always working deeply with the client to find out what works best for them.  She often works with women who would like to turn their hobby into a small business.
