Lara comes from a highly varied business background from retail to service whilst also being an owner operator. Lara trained in the business world as a retail business owner for 6 years real world experience responsible for all elements of operating a business. The greatest learning was the true meaning of exceptional customer elation and forming long-lasting relationships which were and still are the fundamental and essential practice to successful business. This became and continues to be Lara’s legacy, alongside her passion in the study of human behaviour and emotional intelligence.

Lara then went on to work with the world’s largest Trade Exchange, Bartercard, in Australia and Internationally for 9 years. She was highly regarded for her early achievements and sought after to roll out training, facilitation and coaching to the hundreds of new and existing staff within Bartercard, Nationally and Internationally. This defined a love of business in training and development of which Lara continues to pursue.

Lara’s diverse skills set allow her to apply herself across the end to end process of developing and implementing business solutions in both service and product sectors. This incorporates defining business requirements, facilitating workshops, project and change management and training.
