Today, Ingrid's work as a coach and also in brand strategy and innovation is driven by her desire to help her clients to get the results they want - increased personal performance, happiness at work, successful and sustainable brands.
In 2001, Ingrid founded her own business coaching and consulting company in Germany. In 2004, she moved her business and family to Australia. Ingrid has achieved excellent results for businesses of different sizes, in various industries, including consumer goods, food, retail, not-for-profit, telecommunications, health care, and communication agencies.
Prior to 2001, Ingrid gained more than 12 years of corporate experience in various management positions in Europe in companies like Unilever, Reckitt & Colman and Mobil Oil. Her roles included working as an internal Coach for Management Development programs and as a Marketing Director.
During the past 11 years she has accumulated a valuable toolbox of coaching methods that deliver tangible benefits to clients. She has been trained at The Institute of Executive Coaching in Sydney and is an accredited facilitator for the Integrity and Values profiling tool and the Passion Maps Program.
Ingrid's foundations of business knowledge came from being a highly qualified marketing professional with a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
Ingrid has had 25-years experience working in cross-cultural, global and regional teams and on assignments and projects internationally in countries, like India, Spain and Turkey. These challenging experiences have made her masterful in asking questions and deep listening. She has learned to adapt quickly to cultural change and knows how to develop shared visions for a positive future. Ingrid is fluent in English and German.
When not working or spending time with family and friends, Ingrid loves outdoor sports and activities like running, tennis, boogie boarding and bushwalking. She also strives to follow one of her biggest passions as often as possible - traveling to discover the best the world has to offer.
