Logical Creativity Pty Ltd was established in October 2001 by Michael Wynter and Gary Elliott to provide coaching services to individuals and businesses. Since then, Logical Creativity has launched a personal coaching company, provided coaching to hundreds of individuals and executives and acquired a license to coach businesses via the Shirlaws business coaching frameworks. Michael Wynter

As a Management Consultant, Coach and Entrepreneur assisting organisations, people and businesses in developing their full potential; Michael is passionate about team learning, generating leadership and developing creative solutions.With a background in the psychology of management and leadership, Michael has lead business and community teams in complex organisational changes and in realising seemingly impossible goals. Michael has a Graduate Certificate in Management Psychology and is a qualified Master Practitioner and trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Jurgen Schmechel

Hamburg-born Jurgen Schmechel combines his German precision with his professional and fun training as an internationally accredited software and business consultant.  Jurgen’s passion is to empower people. He combines wisdom, love and intelligence to empower others to grow and smile.Jurgen has over 22 years experience as a software trainer and consultant. He has a degree in mathematics and economics. After finishing university he founded successful software consultancy companies in Germany and sold them before he came to Australia. Jurgen has lived in Australia since July 2004 together with his wife and two boys.Jurgen holds university degrees in Maths and Economics, and is an accredited master in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and hypnotherapy.

Steve Fischer

Steven’ passion is for people & training. He spent 10 years in Training & Development; including Community programs, Sports training, Corporate & Personal Development programs and Personal Coaching. Over the past six years Steven has applied his knowledge of business and his training skills to the coaching and consulting of Small to Medium Enterprises at Shirlaws International.Having worked with up to 50 different companies, Steven has an eye for merging people with commercial needs to attain viable and sustainable growth in almost any business. Steven believes personality traits of people within the business always flow to a business outcome/decision.
